What is Counselling?


Counselling is a form of talk therapy, giving you time out from your situation to explore aspects of your life that are confusing, troubling or upsetting you. These may be issues from your past, present or future and is usually held in a one to one setting. I can also offer couples, family or group therapy. Working with a counsellor in a safe, empathic, non judgemental and confidential environment. Increasing yo self awareness, growth and allowing you to reach your full potential.
